Xbox and MuchMusic just announced the two companies have teamed up to bring this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) right to your living room via Xbox Live.

The online service will be offered free from Monday May 8th thru Sunday May 14th and give connected gamers access to select, Xbox-related E3 content, including the first-ever Gears of War high-definition game trailer on Xbox Live Marketplace, a playable demo of Capcom's Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, and Game with Fame multiplayer sessions live from the floor with celebrities like Dave Navarro (Panic Channel), Method Man and Jenny McCarthy. Other reported promos, trailers and demos of forthcoming games will include the likes of Crackdown, Dead or Alive: Xtreme 2, The Lord of the Rings, The Battle for Middle Earth II, Moto GP '06, Splinter Cell Double Agent, Test Drive Unlimited, and Viva PiƱata. Microsoft reports that more than 60 pieces of new downloadable content will be available in total.
