Nintendo of Canada launched a new contest; a chance to own one of six hand-painted Wii video game consoles.

Famed illustrator Gary Taxali, Hoi-An Tang, punk group illScarlett and Arnold Tsang of Udon Entertainment, were commissioned by Nintendo in association with Magic Pony, and created four unique, hand-painted Wii consoles. Of the six hand-painted Wii consoles in total, the two remaining contributing hand painters, er, Wii painters, will be revealed at a later date, reportedly.

From now until April 30, Canadians (only!) can visit TheArtofWii.ca to register for a chance to win one of the fully-functional, one-of-a-kind Wii video game consoles.

Since its launch last November, the wildly popular Wii has been the top-selling system in Canada.

More information, including the full list of sweepstakes rules and regulations, at TheArtofWii.ca.
