As if you didn't have enough ways to log onto Facebook, Nintendo has announced that the new DSi handheld will now support the social networking platform.

The new service will allow DSi owners to upload pictures taken with DSi's built-in digital camera to Facebook, provided the user is logged on to a wireless internet connection.

"Facebook and Nintendo DSi build on the trend of personalization that is so important to consumers," said Nintendo's Cammie Dunaway. "We're giving people the tools to express themselves in creative new ways and show off the results to their friends and family on Facebook."

In addition to letting users take pictures, the Nintendo DSi has several photo editing tools where users can distort or augment snaps using the handheld's touch-screen.

The DSi Facebook app is currently available as a free download.
